Railblocks exists to help teams own the tools behind their work.
For most of history, people shaped their tools and, through them, shaped their lives. Software broke that relationship: the place where work happens became something rented, rigid and controlled by someone else.
We believe that relationship can be restored. When teams own the infrastructure at the heart of their operations, they can reclaim agency over their tools and make them fit their needs.

Real agency develops in contact with reality: your direction is your own, yet it remains open to other people and responsive to where the world is moving.
